1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (Free on orders above ₹X)

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

3. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

• You can track your order on our website or via the courier’s website.

4. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship nationwide (India) and to select international destinations.

• If we cannot ship to your location, we will inform you immediately.

5. Delays & Issues

• Unforeseen delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues may occur.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
